    Simon Wilkinson is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having been elected to Chartered Surveyor status in 1997 after gaining a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management at Reading University.
With many years of experience in the local property market he set up his own Chartered Surveying practice in 2017 to offer a more personalised service to clients. Simon offers over 25 years’ experience in undertaking residential survey and valuation work on a wide variety of properties of varying styles and ages in Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding villages of South Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire.
Simon Wilkinson Surveyors undertake Pre-Purchase surveys including RICS Home Survey Levels 1, 2 and 3 as well Bespoke Building Surveys together with Single Defect Reports on all types of residential property from period Grade II Listed thatched timber framed cottages to modern new build properties.

        RICS Home Survey Level 1This service is designed for clients (buyers, sellers, and owners) seeking a professional and objective report on the condition of the property at an economic price. As a result, it is less comprehensive than survey level two and survey level three.

        RICS Home Survey Level 2This level of service is for clients who are seeking a professional opinion on the general condition of the main elements of a property. It is, therefore, less comprehensive than a level three service. The RICS Home Survey Level 2 can also include a market valuation and an insurance reinstatement figure, as part of the service for your own purposes, if required.

        RICS Home Survey Level 3This level of service is for clients who are seeking a professional opinion based on a detailed assessment of the property.
